1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Fintech Radar (the "Service"), operated by ZACREATION LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

Fintech Radar is an information product: a research database of payment processors, banks, and card issuers, along with AI tools to filter and compare them. Access is granted as a one-time lifetime purchase and includes future updates to the dataset.

3. Informational purposes only

All data, rankings, scores, and AI outputs are provided for informational and research purposes only. They are not financial, legal, or professional advice. Approval decisions, terms, fees, reserves, and eligibility are ultimately set by the fintech providers themselves and confirmed in their own documentation. You must always verify final terms directly with the provider before acting. We do not guarantee approval by any provider, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

4. No affiliation with providers

We have no affiliate relationships with the providers listed and do not accept payment for ranking. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

5. Refund policy

Because Fintech Radar is a digital information product that can be accessed and consumed immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable as a general rule.

Coverage exception. There is one exception. If, after logging in and filtering the directory, you cannot find at least one matching provider for either your country or your vertical (that is, we fail to cover your country, or we fail to cover your vertical), you may request a full refund by emailing us within 14 days of purchase. We can verify the claim quickly, and if it holds, we will refund you in full.

To request a refund under this exception, email radar@remoove.agency with the country and vertical you searched.

6. Account & acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Access is for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape, or republish the database or any substantial part of it without our written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including losses resulting from provider decisions, changed terms, or reliance on any data.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
